Computer dept retail woes

I know many people here work in computer or retail sales and this is the time of the year where you are bombarded by tons of questions. How many of you have been asked questions where you would generally know the answer but they have completely worded it wrong? Tigabyte? Huh??? "How much memory/RAM do you need?" "Oh not much I have an external hard drive." sigh
