Dinner at 't Weeshuys
The first day of 2018 was traditionally celebrated at a Dutch restaurant called 't Weeshuys. It serves modern Dutch cuisine and is famous for it's experimental flavour combinations and difficult cooking techniques.
The pictures are just the main 3 courses of the dinner but we have also enjoyed an apetizer, multiple dishes in between de first and the second dish and finally an extra little dessert that was served with the coffee.
This restaurant is my favorite so far and I am a big fan of the flavour combinations that keep surprising me. Please let me know what your favorite restaurant is and why.
