Luwag Restaurant is came from word "Luwag" a Visayan term for ladle. The luwag is the chosen symbol for the restaurant. It is evident with the decorations too. For Romel Pia, Managing Partner of Luwag Restaurant, the coining of the term Luwag as the name of the restaurant, gives him memories of home-cooked quality meals prepared with love and care and that is what he wants to do with the restaurant - give the diners quality and delicious meals. Growing up in a household that loves to cook has influenced him to cook and develop a passion for food and cooking.

When we are hungry and starving some foods one of my friends suggested to eat in Luwag Restaurant because she said that there foods are delicious so we suddenly go and ordered some foods of it.
