Dear @deargovernor Many thanks for your comment and very nice to meet you on here. I have just read your story about Siargao Island. How awful. I myself am also a foreigner living in another country (Brazil). There have been many hoops to jump through over the years and I have needed a lot of patience, but life has generally been good to me.
