The importance of respecting the opinions of others

in #respect7 years ago

Hello friends, I hope that the day of today are very well, I would like to tell you about the importance of respecting the opinions of others, regardless that we do not agree.

In our societies, regardless of the place that we are, we grow in places where our views tend to be different to that of the other, something which is normal, knowing that every human being is different. When I speak of different, is nothing more than does not appear physically, but which have different conceptions of life, many times our ways of thinking, depend on the place where we come together, it is quite clear!, if we grow in places of extreme poverty, our mentality, tends to leave so bad, why?, because it is the reflection of the education received by their parents and grandparents, i.e. is transmitted from generation to generation, that is the unfortunate thing of some societies, do not create real views, but they are people conformists with their situations, and that in the long run, create people without attitudes toward life.

Have views is the reflection of our way of thinking and see things in life we are with reactions that truly we do not like, and that we hate, but we did not get the words to say things without offending. The idea of giving our views, is to understand in a certain part, that other people may not think like us and they are not in agreement, but there is not the problem, the situation comes, when we do not know to say things, we tend unconsciously to offend the other, by which we must always try to find the ways to express our views, that yes, to respect the opinions of others does not mean abandoning our positions on the subject that we are talking about.

So we have to understand that our views are important like that of the other, none is more important than another, or otherwise less important, imagine for a moment that we lived in a world where all fighting because we have some views different from those of other; actually live in chaotic world and uncontrollable, where anarchy reigns, without any solutions that bring the things in a different way. The good thing of all is that, in some way with the passage of time, we have understood that things are resolved talking and respecting our views, but how it has cost us, that? thousands of wars, to realize that the solutions to the problems are solved by talking and not fighting, i.e. it has cost us a lot to understand something so basic from my point of view, as is the communication, where the most important thing is the tolerance to the views of others.

In this case the wars are prevented, communicating and giving our different views, that yes, we cannot agree with others, but there is to go in search of a consensus that would allow unfolding in the best way. Clear is an example of what can be resolved when we respect. This can be applied in many situations of life and where we can get a great benefit.

As I said earlier, this depends very much on the education received by each individual, in theory is something simple, but in practice it is difficult for us to realize that if you can do it, but that by our forms of upbringing we refuse unconsciously to accept it. It is crucial to understand and put into practice these issues of life, that first makes us a better person and that somehow we well to others; as I always say, life is an eternal learning, which continually we learn as we become better people, and I believe that that there was no excuse, so friends readers give our opinions without fear, the important thing is that you always say what we feel no matter what you say.

if that view endorses violence I don't respect it. 👍 but like you said, most often that can be because of ignorance and not because of bad intent

great post - got my upvote

I disagree.
I respect your right to say what ever you want to say
But if it's utter drivel I don't respect it.
BUT YOU...by your own admission...
MUST respect MY opinion.
