Now connect all the bots.

Ok, the bots are all connected.

Nothing happened.
No important accounts trust any of the bots.
No one cares about this botnet.
This botnet still has zero reputation within the distributed system.
It is contained... quarantined even.

It has just as much reputation as the surrounding network, and by using the socks to comment and post, it is able to extend it's own reputation. Just as @pharesim and @thecryptodrive are able to. Considering the botnet inside the larger network, it is trivial to establish links to the rest of the network and cause the internally generated reputation to bleed into that larger network.

Which socks do you think I use? I mainly have this account and one other for games only, and am starting to diversify my funds to yet another so all isn't in one. So just three and I only interact with this one.

First, let me thank you for the courtesy of your reply. I appreciate your reasonable tone and willingness to discuss what must be an annoyance at best. Most people do not react like that to an accusation, and your character is showing.

Second, this post by @kawaiicrush shows screenshots from Steemworld that shows your account being linked to Stinc and many other accounts through transfers of tokens to and fro, as well as to exchange accounts. The only rational explanation I have for this is that these accounts are socks. This post shows the link between @pharesim and @thecryptodrive, which is why I mentioned it in the comment you reply to.

If I am wrong, I'd be happy to be proved wrong, as I hate being wrong, and as soon as I find out I am, I change my mind so that I am not anymore. I'd appreciate nothing more than you proving me wrong, and any deserved criticism would be welcome as well. Little could better enable me to be more reasonable and learn from my mistakes than being set straight.

Edit: I just realized that there would be reasons for this if I am wrong, and I'm jumping on Discord right now. My nick there is the same as here, if that would be a preferable venue for disabusing me of my misunderstanding.

Sure no worries, can you go back to the @kawaiicrush post, I have left some detailed replies there, the 200 Steem received from the steemit account was a bounty from Ned for the first x amount of people to review the Steem 101 Ebook on amazon, quite a few other people received it as well.

Once that is out of the picture there is nothing left to tie me to Steemit, I certainly have no professional affiliation with them.
