Try to work hard and post new content of in your own words with pictures on busy.org instead of steemit.

Your posts will be shared both on steemit and busy but you will see the result in quick time.
Alongwith posting new content, try to comment and follow as many as posts and members as you can do. Try to improve your network with active members and you will see result within few days. Just visiting both websites will not help you to improve your reputation score alone.
Visiting and commenting on different interesting posts will help you to learn and earn reputation score better.
