Wow, that is an extreme view to take on controlling childbirth! Sounds like something from a book. Those ones you hope won't come true, but seem to be anyway.

It is indeed dystopian. I think that was the word I was looking for last night, but was to tired to dredge up!
Funny. I looked dystopian up yesterday to check the spelling. This certainly seems like the word to use here.
