Article vote or comment vote use same voting power. So if you use your vp for comment-votes too, you have to wait more for recovering. As i see in the list, there's many comment-vote request. At least the half of the all.
So disable this option, you can speed up your voting period, to double, and decrease your clients waiting period, to the half. And the people lately dont have patient... Waiting for a vote, more days? Nightmare... And they choose another voting service.
