Voting by sc02 should not exclude people from being selected as winners.
That would be nonsensical - as the only option then would be that sc02 should not vote on any Teaching Team entries to avoid interfering with the selection of winners.
The winners should be chosen on the merit of their post only.

Thank you for clearification @steemcurator2. That has been my thought because to prepare and participate in a contest is not easy.Most people put in their effort to be amongst the best selected winners . I think no matter what recieveing vote from Sco2 and sco1 should not limit people chance of winning instead it discourages hardwork.
@steemcurator02 I will keep that in my mind for further selection but my understanding was that a post will be voted by either SC01 or 02. However, her post link is already in her comment in case 01 chooses to vote for her post I will be more than happy. Thank you!
