Leith, that's the name of the street they live on, I knew it sounded similar to leaf. Grand Rapids, especially the downtown and surrounding area are doing better, they are going up whereas they were going down...but as they have grown we are starting to see a lot of what's been going on in larger cities with calls of police misconduct and demanding investigations, especially in the majority African American community. We just had another one the other night where a, I think they said twelve year old boy, was handcuffed by the police after they came up behind him to stop him from going after someone with a large stick and he started kicking the cops. People thought that was wrong, then the guy he was chasing told the news they were just playing around until the next night the police released the video footage showing him chasing the cousin and said he was going after his cousin because he was sick of his cousin picking on some of the girls in the neighborhood...so I guess people can take that complaint with a grain of salt.
