if Jesus gave us strength, why did he not have the power to escape on the cross?
It is because he came on a mission which is to die for our sins so that we can have a better relationship with his father.
isn't a better relationship with his father if he can continue to live and teach his people?
It wouldn't have because our sins were to be paid with a price and that price is the blood of Jesus
