LOVE over TRUST...

WHY is it that when we are hurt or the likes, we easily back out or step down from the assignment put in our hands or the Required.? I hear someone say, " but we are only humans"...

One of the greatest attributes to the personality of God, the Almighty or (the Triune God) is SELFLESSNESS...
Being like God is to be less of our own definition of self and more like him (selfless).

If God were to back out of our lives the moment we hurt him, trust me, the world would be an incomplete sphere...Now before you nail me, listen!!! I'm not advocating for those who hurt people making them lose trust in the system God himself has set up to be operated by people .... Perhaps I must have too, knowingly or unknowingly ...
But, You see such people begin to profess love for Jesus insinuating codedly wat I can't really express on this media right now...

But let me refer us to the scripture, where Jesus asked Simon Peter, thrice...

John 21 : (ISV)
15 When they had finished breakfast, Jesus asked Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” Peter told him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus told him, “Feed my lambs.”

16 Then he asked him a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter told him, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus told him, “Take care of my sheep.”

17 He asked him a third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was deeply hurt that he had asked him a third time, “Do you love me?” So he told him, “Lord, you know everything. You know that I love you!” Jesus told him, “Feed my sheep.

The proof of the love you declare publicly is to accept the responsibility of "feeding his lamb"... Not backing out from the work put in your hands.

If JESUS CHRIST,that we profess publicly making it sound like you are the one that has the correct address to heaven, does same as we do, we'll all be ABANDONED PROJECTS...

Love over trust...
Trust may diminish or increase per occurrence, but have the genuine love for Jesus... Keep it constant...

Backing out doesn't promote the love you profess...

Just woke up with this on my mind this morning!!!
