Interesting way to encourage people to work, despite the task. Double edged sword this one actually. All for helping out the big fella though. SK.
Why you say double edge sword, I'm curious.
Well it might keep a person happy - believing they are working for God. But it also keeps the boss happy when their employee is happily working for God. Some employers might use this passage of scripture to their own advantage. Just a thought.
