Otro punto importante para imitar a Jesús y no ser parte del mundo es buscar primero el reino y estar contentos con lo que tenemos. Veamos ahora tener un ojo sencillo.

Debemos estar agradecidos por lo que tenemos, pues por esas cosa (sean muchas o pocas) Jehová se vale para que no nos falte el sustento, debemos tratar de erradicar amor o demasiado apego por las riquezas, ya que estas solo son una herramienta para tener lo necesario, proveer a otros, y para regresarle a Jehová algo de lo que el mismo nos da, de esta forma si las llegáramos a perderlas no sufriremos una decepción, pues Dios nos promete que seguiremos teniendo lo necesario, Jesús Dijo que si su padre se preocupa por unas avecillas y les da su alimento, acaso no se preocupara más por nosotros. Es una cuestión de actitud, dijo cristo, acuérdense de la esposa de Lot, a ella se le dio la oportunidad de salir con vida de una ciudad que estaba siendo destruida, pero miro a la destrucción con lastima, no fue una inocente mirada, fue su actitud lo que la mato, su desequilibrado anhelo por salvar sus posesiones, que no nos pase eso, debemos hacernos a la idea de que todas nuestras posesiones se perderán, pero Jehová nos dará un futuro más próspero. VENZAMOS AL MUNDO, IGUAL QUE HIZO JESÚS (8 mins.)
Ahora bien, existen otras situaciones en las que podemos demostrar que no somos parte del mundo
Hablemos ahora sobre vencer el orgullo.
El mundo odia a los que no son parte de él (Jn 15:18, 19). Por eso en ocasiones experimentamos odio y rechazo cuando predicamos, aunque no es fácil guardar nuestra distancia por que quisiéramos responder a algunos como se merecen, debemos ser prudentes y guardar la calma en todo momento, eso siempre hablara bien de nosotros y atraerá a personas sinceras a aprender de Jehová, pero que tal si tuviéramos una diferencia con algún hermano de la congregación, no se pasa tan rápido el mal sabor como cuando tenemos una diferencia con alguien de afuera, ¿porque? bueno talvez por que esperamos más de los hermanos que de otros, pero todos tropezamos muchas veces y por lo general es por algo que dijimos sin pensar, recordemos que nosotros hemos tropezado muchas veces y pasemos por alto las ofensas de otros. Los seguidores de Jesús vencemos el orgullo. Cristo fue el hombre más grande que existió, aun así, hecho a un lado su orgullo y estuvo dispuesto a sufrir malos tratos,
No dio excesiva importancia a su persona y cuando lo fijaban al madero se compadeció de los que lo clavaron, pidiéndole a su padre que los perdonara. ¿Cuánta importancia damos a nuestra persona, seamos quien seamos?

Entre nosotros también hay claros ejemplos de servicio a los demás, la congregación brinda apoyo espiritual en todo momento y obtenemos instrucción practica principalmente por medio de la revista la atalaya, pero si necesitamos una ayuda más cercana, podeos pedir apoyo a los ancianos o a cualquier integrante de la congregación con quien tengamos más confianza,

Que hay del trabajo que se efectúa en cada una de las congregaciones, si nos hacemos más serviciales
Podemos ser parte del trabajo que se efectúa y servir a nuestros hermanos, y que trae consigo grandes satisfacciones, podemos ser parte de una de las más o menos 25 participaciones de discursos, lecturas oraciones, presentaciones, etc. que hay en la semana,
Hay más trabajo, la preparación de los programas de participantes en la reunión, acomodadores, microfonistas, el trabajo realizado en cada uno de los departamentos, como literatura, revistas, sonido, plataforma, recopilación de datos importantes de la congregación, informes, estadísticas de la congregación, balances financieros, coordinación de la predicación, mantenimiento del salón, pagos de energía eléctrico, agua, teléfono, internet, seguridad, estacionamiento, predial, Mostrar hospitalidad a los conferencistas cada domingo, cada grupo de predicación tiene su arreglo, participamos personalmente, contribuyendo en algo?
Hay más que podemos hacer,
Visitar a alguien enfermo o dar ayuda practica a un hermano necesitado, apoyar a los precursores de diferentes maneras, verdad que hay mucho terreno que abarcar, aunque no las podemos abarcar todas si podemos participar en varias de estas cosas, analicemos nuestra vida y veamos cómo podemos seguir sirviendo a los hermanos con humildad, tal y como lo haría Jesús (juan 13: 3-5) aunque Jesús sabía muy bien cuál era su posición, servirá las personas no tenía distinciones, a él le gustaba servir a los demás sin importar en que los ayudara, además su ejemplo nos muestra que nadie está lo suficientemente ocupado para no poder servir a los demás,

Hay muchas otras maneras de imitar a cristo, como el amar a nuestros enemigos incluso, o no vengarse, mostrar fe en Dios, cosas que el mundo en general no pone en práctica, llevar una vida limpia.

Aunque es difícil imitarlo porque somos pocos los que llevamos este estilo de vida distinto al mundo
Es posible salir vencedores (juan 16: 33b), cristo esta consiente de que todos tenemos una variedad de problemas, pero nos invita a continuar siguiéndolo porque sabe que es posible ganarle al mundo, el apóstol juna dijo que lo que vence al mundo en nuestra fe, la fe se demuestra con obras,
Se sustenta con acciones, adoración a Jehová, predicando, en pocas palabras Imitando a cristo,
Los débiles y oprimidos se sentían cómodos en su presencia, lo mismo que personas de toda clase... hombres, mujeres, niños, los ricos, los pobres, poderosos y hasta pecadores viles. Solo a las personas de corazón inicuo no les gustaba.

Cobremos animo a este sistema no le queda mucho tiempo, pronto será mucho más fácil imitar a cristo, por lo tanto, consideremos con sumo cuidado al que ha aguantado todos los ataques del mundo para que no nos cansemos, él dijo echen sobre ustedes mismos mi carga y aprendan de mi o imítenme, porque es una carga liviana, Jehová y su hijo no nos piden nada que no podamos hacer, porque son líderes apacibles, y humildes de corazón, por lo tanto, es nuestro deseo seguir
Aprendiendo de Jehová y de cristo, las dos personas más grandes de universo, si los imitamos experimentaremos recompensas eternas muy pronto mientras luchamos por combatir la influencia del mundo en nuestras vidas.
