Today I would like to look at John 7 verse 38
38)He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”
The words "living water" is used for eternal life in John 4 verse 10. Here the term is used for the Holy Spirit. Eternal life and the Holy Spirit goes hand in hand as the Holy Spirit works in our hearts to help us to believe and in so doing we receive eternal life. Believers share the word of God with others, and when they become believers, they also receive eternal life, thus living water flows out of the hearts of believers.
