Daily Scripture
Today I would like to look at 1 Peter 2 verse 1 to 2
1)Rid yourselves, then, of all evil; no more lying or hypocrisy or jealousy or insulting language.
2)Be like newborn babies, always thirsty for the pure spiritual milk, so that by drinking it you may grow up and be saved.
Just a baby needs food to grow, the newly reborn Christian needs spiritual food to grow, this spiritual food we find in the Bible, the Word of God. We must crave for the word of God as a hungry baby crave for milk. When we grow spiritually we will be able to stop doing the wrong things as mentioned in verse 1.
