Daily Scripture
Today I would like to look at Colossians 1 verse 9 to 11
9)For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives
10)so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,
11)being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,
Here Paul is praying for the Colossians, we can use this prayer as an example to pray to God, asking Him to;
- give us knowledge of God's will
- that we will grow in Spiritual understanding
- that we will live in such a way to please and glorify God
- that we will do good
- that our knowledge of God will grow
- that we will be filled with the power of God
- that we will endure in our faith
- that we will be patient

I really love that part that talks about growing in spiritual understanding, this is surely my desire, and I pray we all do IJN.
Amen, I think that should be everybody's desire.
This is a season of love and care. We are encouraged to pray for one another and also to be an answer to the prayers of others. Lets try to be instruments of God's use.
