Today I would like to look at Proverbs 25 verse 28
28)If you cannot control your anger, you are as helpless as a city without walls, open to attack.
If we don't have self-control, we are vulnerable, to sin, as we open ourselves up to evil. To exercise self-control serves as a deference against attack from evil.
