Today I would like to look at 2 Corinthians 2 verse 5 to 11
5)If anyone has caused grief, he has not so much grieved me as he has grieved all of you to some extent—not to put it too severely.
6)The punishment inflicted on him by the majority is sufficient.
7)Now instead, you ought to forgive and comfort him, so that he will not be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow.
8)I urge you, therefore, to reaffirm your love for him.
9)Another reason I wrote you was to see if you would stand the test and be obedient in everything.
10)Anyone you forgive, I also forgive. And what I have forgiven—if there was anything to forgive—I have forgiven in the sight of Christ for your sake,
11)in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.
Where people in the church has offended us, we must forgive them and comfort them, in order not to push them away, in the same way Paul has advised the church of Corinthians to do. The Satan will use every opportunity to pull people away from the church.

Amen. In the book of Peter, he mentioned love covers. I like what Paul mentioned in verse 6 of today's daily scripture, I went to read another version and I think that is also a good one as it is pretty straight forward. 2 Cor 2:6 CEV Most of you have already pointed out the wrong that person did, and this is punishment enough for what was done.
Amen, agree it is nicely translated in the CEV.
