The Night of Decree

May the Peace and Mercy of the All-Mighty be upon you

We previously discussed ways to solve the many misunderstandings and questions we have about our Religion, the Religion of Allah- Islam. Educating the next Muslim brother or sister for the sake of God will earn you reward and serve as a reminder to those who know, and something new for those who do not know.

We have started with the Sources of Islam:

The Quran is our first source, based on the fact that God revealed it and He has promised us that He will protect it. The way we should understand the Quran must be in accordance with the Companions’ understanding of the Quran.

In this post we are going to mention SOME of the innumerable virtues of the Quran. This will encourage you to be attached to the Holy Quran by the permission of God. We ask God to guide us and let this be beneficial for us so that we can become of those who are attached to the Quran. We have to begin where it originated- The Night of Decree

Have you ever given the Night of Decree a thought? God is the Greatest! Just the fact that the Quran was revealed on this specific Night makes it the Holiest Night of the Year. Its virtue is INCREDIBLE. But let’s let the Surah speak for itself:

The Quran liberates the mind, and this is by the Mercy of Most Merciful. The Quran gives us the opportunity to earn HUGE amounts of reward.

I will have to continue with the Virtues of the Quran and discuss the INCREDIBLE status of the one who learns the Quran, and then recites it during the day and during the night, and teaches it to others, in the next post in shaa Allah.
