Luke 6:37
"Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
Damning someone/something is saying you want him/her/it to be condemned to Hell.

It is capable of putting things into existence and sending also into extinction.
By Words, was the World created, by Words was it foundation laid upon the waters.

The universe was spoken by words into existence. We, of course, are not God by any means, but they are somewhat powerful.

Everything matters, but I think the point of actions speaking louder than words does matter after a given point
