I interviewed @bobaphet about his time in Scientology and other curious organisations. He explained how Scientologists take courses to learn to be comfortable with other people, and spent hours drilling an authoritative tone of voice, which, if used effectively, can get anybody to do anything.

Thanks. I think there are a lot of criticisms to be made of Scientology, but I also think people join for a reason and many people have benefited from what they've said, so it doesn't hurt to be curious and explore the ideas. Have a good one
