Existence of Allah (God)

the natural yearning of the human soul after its creator

I'll be talking about this point because @mandelsage urge me to write a post that might convince him to belive God exists.

It's noticed and observed that the knowledge of the existence of God seems to be universal amongst mankind, no tribe or race on this earth that haven't recognized the existence of the creator, no matter how their religion may have been distorted or corrupted in other ways.

This belief is implanted in mankind by God and its a natural faith called (Dinal-fitrah), but later on it might be fostered, diverted and sometimes corrupted by the environment in which the person grows up

The prophet once said:

"every child is born in the (Dinal fitrah) natural faith:it's his part who then makes him join their religion)

Sometimes atheist, when they find themselves in a crisis of fear, cry out" my God"in responses to this instinctive knowledge of the existence of Allah.

Allah refer to this in the quran:

now (this it is:) when affliction befall men, they cry out unto their sustainers, turning to him for help;but as soon as he let's them tare the of his grace, lo! Some of them (begin to) ascribe to other powers a share of their sustainers divinity, (as if) to prove their ingratitude for all that we have granted them! Enjoy, then, your brief life: but in Tim you'll come to know the truth! (Quran al rim 30:33-34)

This same surah urges us to hold fast to that natural faith in Allah taught by the prophet of which Islam is the final expression

This conclusion to be drawn from the evidence I've outlined in my previous post shows that God is indeed a Great designer and Controller of the universe

To emphasize his rile further we shall quote another passage of the Quran which spells out how totally dependent we are on our creator and sustainers for all our needs.

it's we who have created you (O men), why then do you not accept the truth?

have you considered that (seed) whichyou emit? Is it you who create it or are we the source of its creation?

We have indeed decreed that death shall be (ever present among you :but there's nothing to prevent us from changing the nature of your existence and bringing you into being (anew) In a manner (as yet) unknown to you:

have you consider the seed which you cast upon soil? Is it you who cause it to grow-or are we the cause if the growth? (for) were it our will, we could indeed turn it into chaff, and you would be left to wonder(and to lament), verily we are ruined! Nay, but we have been deprived (of our livelihood)!

. Haff ever considered the water which you drink? Is it you who cause it to come down from the cloud-or are we the cause of its coming down? (it comes down see-but) were it our will, we could make it burning my salty and bitter : why, then, do you not give thanks(unto us)?
It's we who have made it a means to remind(you of us), and a comfort for all who are lost and hungry in the wilderness (of their lives).

Extol, then, the limitless of glory of thy sustainers mighty name! (Quran:AL waqiah 56:57-74)

From these verses we San see that God has brought us to life and created condition on earth on which we can live.,he can also cause us to die and bring us back In a new existence.

A Muslim response should therefore be one of the profound respect, awe and gratitude to the creator, who has brought him into existence and showered him with so mercy and favors, both in this world and if he does and behaves well, in the hereafter.
