China and the call for a great escape from Saudi Arabia

This is one of those stupid things that I wonder about sometimes. China is still missing tens of millions of women from the one child laws of the recent past. Has the idea of attempting to engineer some kind of a great escape for Saudi girls and women occurred to them? I mean, if I'm some kind of a Chinese general tasked with finding 50 million or 70 million footloose women in the world, this idea would have to occur to me.
