I mostly agree with you on this post, although according to some researchers the number of psychopaths is higher than 0.1%. Depending on their definition I guess, they talk about psychopathy rate from 1% to 4%, which means that between 96% and up to 99% of people would not kill or abuse other people just for personal gain (financial or political).
They would though defend themselves, if somebody told them that they or their loved ones are in danger.
And that's were war-propaganda comes in.
And this is what we have to counter, the propaganda that turns ordinary people into willing instruments of mass-murder.

Some times this propaganda is spread by state media or by fanatical religious leaders.
Nowadays however, it is far more often spread via private corporate media, owned by out of control arrogant and psychopathic rich people.
These ultra-rich use the power the comes with their wealth to control the public realm, they determine what topics will be discussed and how they will be discussed.
Their aim is to shape the world into the way they want it by an overt and covert war against humanity. The final aim is probably a transhumanist post-human world.
Power can be abused by a state, by a religious authority and also by a group of people with extreme private wealth
