There is NO super man in the CHURCH.
And he himself constituted some, apostles; to others, prophets; to others, evangelists; to others, pastors and teachers,
in order to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ,
until we all reach the unity of faith and knowledge of the Son of God, a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
so that we are no longer fluctuating children, carried everywhere by every wind of doctrine, by the stratagem of men who, to deceive, use with cunning the tricks of error

Here we see the diversity of gifts granted by CHRIST.
Speaking a bit about leadership in the church (As an organization), here is a clear and very precise example.
Paul says: "And he himself constituted some, apostles, others prophets, others evangelists, others pastors and teachers" We do not limit ourselves only to what is mentioned here.
Let's note the order according to each one.
There are cases that there is only one ecclesiastical authority that has the last word and the rest are LIMITED in their capacities and functions. In a moment of my life they told me "Even if you do not understand, you still obey" and for a time I was like that, without understanding trying hard to obey ...
There are other cases that ALL are authority and a mess is made.
There is balance for everything, we see according to the word: "in order to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry"
We start from above Five trades "official UNGIDES .."
FINAL PURPOSE THAT WE ALL RUN TOGETHER "THERE ARE FOUR DEGREES OF COMMAND".
We could define: Those who are working on par with the pastor or pastors.
And so: "for the edification of the body of Christ," We see now, a more generalized point of view. "TO BUILD THE BODY OF CHRIST", The church.
So, the Lord (Head of the body) constituted: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and teachers (Pastor, Bishop, Elder) to perfect (Give maturity) to the saints for "THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY" (deacons, copastor). train leaders and collaborators.
For the edification (Feeding to give growth) of the body of Christ (The CHURCH).
In The Church "The Body of Christ" All these are included, and it feeds back.
EVERYTHING FOR A COMMON END.

Muy buen texto, verdaderamente debemos entender que no existe un super hombre o en algunos casos super mujer, lo que quiere decir que el trabajo dentro de la obra no le compete solo a una persona sino a todos los que estamos dentro, ya que formamos parte del mismo cuerpo, tiene que existir un crecimiento integral en todo sentido y eso es lo que debemos procurar. Todos estamos llamados a servir!

This is true as even the greatest of ecclesiastical authorities fall as well as the holiest of monks and lay people. Christ himself, the high priest and God made man is the only superhero.
