What Is Faith?

Today I am going to talk about faith. Now our Lord has made it very clear that blind faith is not a good thing. This is why we are provided and provide facts and evidence. However, a lot of people never caught these things. So what does the Bible have to say about faith?

Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”
James 1:6
“But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.”
2 Corinthians 5:7
“For we live by faith, not by sight.”

Just by those three, it is clear how important faith has been. Even more so now as we are being provided more and more information and evidence than any other time in history. To lose faith at this point is turning against the Lord and the Father. Faith is one of our protections against evil as it is also one of the pieces of the armor of God, I have gone over that topic before.

Faith in the Lord is salvation and strength. The knowledge to turn away from those who would lead you astray and keeps you in the light.
1 Peter 8-9
“Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.”
Hebrews 11:6
“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

It is absolutely clear that you must keep faith. In these times more than any other. With the Lord here, there is not much time to waste. If it is hard then do your own research, you will find all of the evidence and more! This is not difficult and it will not only please the Father and His son immensely, but it will give you a way better chance of making it into the kingdom.

The time for blind faith is over. The Lord is here and as I have stated he has given us an immense amount of facts and evidence to provide to the masses as to give them faith. Open your eyes, listen, and spread the word. Love God and love each other.
