I am here to reason for the apathy, chaos, dilemma,destitute.

most of the people will care for one part of the body and careless for the other part of the body. do you know which are those?
Hint. the very careless part is only carries the beauty of life to present.
It is applicable to any country, state, family , church or any other organisation. any of these can be built upon this principle.
