Focus
We sometimes tend to lose focus in our own mind, while we actually need to focus on the things we are doing at that specific moment. When we focus on something, it means we are actually interested, but when we do not focus, we are not even close to thinking straight.
There is either something bothering you to get your attention away from where it has to be. Think how this can change your life if you have this energy to do stuff on things you don't need to. Sure it would be quite fun to embrace this energy, but we tend to not be productive with this energy.
If start to focus in life of the wrong things. We start to think about today's life, and the direction it's heading in, but lose focus on what is important. We would rather spend time with our friends than sitting with your "embarrassing" family, that we start to think only the worst of them. Even tho they are the one's you sometimes need the most.
Money is also one way of losing focus, because in today's life, everything circles around money. Money is the thing that is connecting our lives to a chain. We always think of how rich you want to be, and what we would buy people if we have the money. We even start to wish upon others so that we can have what they want.
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”
We need to focus on the important things in our lives like our closest, the things we really need in life. We need to appreciate the little things. People forget about the little things, because they are used to big things. But they don't realize all the small things add up to a bigger picture.
Life goes by quicker than you think, and to achieve greatness, you will have to focus on everything going on. The people around you, all your surroundings and everything you do. By focusing on what you need, will get you far in life.
Focus on the little things, school, university and all your studies. These are opportunities that only comes once in a lifetime!
But most important, focus on God!
