Is God Actually The Villain?
Hey, there Steemit truth lovers. This video is so well done that I have to share it. The arguments are so well thought out and are very close to irrefutable. I did offer this creator an alternative hermeneutic to his narrative. We’ll see if he bites and offers any critique on my comment.
There is really only one or two religious narratives that fits the idea that Satan will deceive the WHOLE world and one of them is the Gnostic view of the demiurge.
At any rate, here is my comment:
This is a fantastic presentation as well as being theologically accurate within the bounds of normative theology. But what about this? What if the God talked about in this video isn't God but an inept demiurge? What if this God created a *replicant of the one who visited the earth as an unkillable Aeon 2000-years ago (see Pilate's description of the Kristos and it's clear he wasn't a Hebrew carpenter but nordic looking). What if this demiurge also created a replicant of its creator, Sophia, who 'he' named Lucifer. What if its these two who are deceiving the whole world? And what would a truly good God do with an accidental maleficent demiurge? A good God would fence it in and let it live and send someone to tell us about why things are the way they are here. Now having said that, don't look to me for the answer to the way out of this prison. I can only enlighten you about the warden...
* this will be what is called the anti-christ but it's really another projection of the demiurge mimicking the Kristos...

Zelazny's "Lord of Light" had it right, in my opinion..
the god of the old testament was likely a high tech civilization from our past masquarading as a gods.
there is ample proof, like the there are no forests on flat earth that something else is going on.. let alone the pyramids in egypt, a civilization that started at its peak out of nowhere, apparently, and declined.
the theory of atlantis + flood story recorded around the world.. would appear to indicate a catastrophic event that destroyed an advanced civilization.. and the appearance of egypt/aztecs pyramids as proof that survivors of that civilization tried to recreate what was lost.
now we live in a time when folks are manipulating conditions to keep themselves on top.
Its a very interesting concept, although I tend to have an outlook more based around the eastern religions, namely Hinduism. In the Hindu faith, in simple terms, certain traits and characterizations are assigned to a core group of gods and goddesses, never looking at black vs white, good vs evil. Just a quality of energy that we can align with to invoke a particular result. The dogma of organized religion has been designed to cloud our judgment, making us think in linear terms, when in reality, we, ourselves are God. We all contain the spark of the divine, wether we choose to follow that path and cultivate our spirit, or continue to follow the dangling carrot of our society.
Collective consciousness is shifting. Being able to freely think and formulate our decisions personally or as a comminuty is a gift that has not existed for long, and in some places we as a species are still heavily censored.
