Simple Self Hypnosis

There are two parts of this technique. The first two parts are particularly important. The first part is your own inhalation.

  1. To roll your eyes to the back of your head when you shut them on your first inhale.
    This actually stimulates the blood of your brain to go into trance. It is very differnt from just closing your eye's.

  1. The second part is that you are going to say some words out loud most if them have the letter L in them.
    When we use the word L we actullay touch the roof of our mouth with our tongue which also simulates the brain to go in to trance. Like for example Tranquil, Relaxed, Peaceful, you can also use the word as Calm.

So this is what it looks like first you take in deep breath roll in your eyes in the back of your head you shut them you take another deep breath and you release it slowly. You imagine breathing into your belly and then release. Breath again and imagine breathing into your kness and toes.

And then relax and just breath. Nice and naturally. It is going to relax your body so much. Then on the count of 5 start opening your eyes and you would feel the power and confidence in your self.
