Stress relieving exercise to keep your health good and fit

I want to share my experience ,how i release my tension from mind.This is very simple exercise ,and it can be done in office,home or work.
We have to keep one thing in mind that use your left hand thumb only. Sit back relax and put your thumb upright . Press your thumb with your right hand thumb and index finger for 30 secs (only from nail and its bottom) . This should be pulsating not static. Like hold for 1 sec and then rest for 1 sec. You will feel that your nostrils intake more air and you will feel freshness. IMG_20180622_193237.jpg
Then immediately you have to press your that thumb side wise for 20 secs( pressure should be static)

This is very simple and not much time is required.
