When I am stressed, I always go to meditation. Meditation helps me to clear my thought, free my body and get a moment of peace.

What is meditation?
Meditation is a practice where an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realize some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content, or as an end in itself.

Why this is important?
Meditation is a key bridge between what we know and what we thought we don't know but actually we know (subconscious), by practicing meditation effectively, it actually helps you to clear your mind whilst making a more informed decision.

What to do as a beginner?

  1. Sit for just 3-4 minutes.
    This is easy right, just start by sitting for few minutes, doing nothing, close your eye, adjust your breath. You will find yourself more refresh.

  2. Do it now
    Just act now and dont give youself excuse.
