The One You Seek is Seeking You...

Many, many, too many women have had traumatic experiences with men. This is a phenomenon I hope to help heal and stop the patterns of harm within myself. In addition to this healing, it is my vision to assist in the process of transformation that ensues when a woman creates a vision for the kind of relationship and life shared with a lover.

It's all about boundaries:

Boundaries are so important and not just physical boundaries. Boundaries of what kind of person you are going to let in to your life, into your intimate, private space. If your prayer is to call in the one and co create a beautiful life together, you are going to need to raise your standards and not settle for less. It's not about being an idealist, it's about loving yourself well.

There is a relationship that will fulfill you from inside and out sustainably. It really is about clarifying what it is you want, bringing yourself to where you need to be to receive it and catch your tendency to self-sabotage consistently until that habit is kicked.
