understanding of love

my understanding of LOVE
love is kind, love is patient, love is not quick to anger, love does not keep a list of wrongs. Love is acknowledging that god is with us, and when we understand that kind of love, we live life as god intended, we are kind, we are not quick to anger, we do not keep a list of wrongs. We start the day saying I will be kind to others, i will have a calm temper, i will not hold yesterdays arguments and fights against anyone. I decided to love today, and consequently by doing this... love comes to us from others. IF this is not walking with god, if this is not being connected to god by our actions of loving. then i think we are missing the point. When we love, we are not fighting, hurting or destroying, we are conscientious of the planet, and others. So be kind, be patient. and have a loving day.

I wrote this for my sister - who forgets that love does not keep a record of wrongs. She keeps making this mistake.
