Did you know that most problems arising in marriage relationships stem from love and jealousy.
Did you know that one should never take the partner for granted? A partner need to be assured of being loved all the time. They need frequent reminder that they are still in your heart always.
Do you know that children steal away part of the love that belonged to a partner? When children come in relationship, the partners should ensure to strike a balance of their love. Unless some balance of love is created, the husband is normally left out.
Did you know that you should Never use sex to blackmail your spouse to do your bidding. If you use it as blackmail, then it will be taken as such and spice will be subtracted from it.
Did you know that sex always begins in the mind and not the bedroom. All you do even during the day should be preparation for a healthy sex night. Do not expect to quarrel dyring the day and have a healthy sexy night. Cultivation is necessary.
Did you know that children look up on parents as role models? The daughter of a drunkard daddy will get married to a drunkard husband.
Did you know that babies in the womb can respond to outside environment? Fights and quarrels will negatively affect the child. Love and soft spoken words will affect the unborn positively. Playing some good words to the unborn child will help too.
Did you know that it is healthy for spouses to go to bed in their birth suits? Touching each other with bare skins is healthy.
Did you know most ladies above 20 years are actually looking for spouses? Did you know young men at the age between 18 and 30 are shying away from relationships? Did you know men who are forty and above are seeking younger ladies and younger ladies are seeking older men?
Did you know most people who are above forty in relationship may be wanting out of marriages? Maybe children or other reasons are holding them in marriages.
Did you know communication in most marriages are dead?
Did you know more divorce certificates are given nowadays more than marriage certificates?

Such an interesting post, I can see some of these pointers were a cause of some of the issues in my first marriage and in retrospect i learnt from them
That is the trend in most marriages. They are there to strengthen us. Determination makes a marriage.

Marriage is a tricky business. One may go to great lengths to entice the other. Yet once they are hooked, one forgets the other.
I tend to feel like marriage is a battle of trust and love, once the initial one is broken even love will be fed by distract and the consequences are not pleasant
It is actually a battle. Battles should be won and not to be lost

It is not forgetting @sirkim. It is taking things for granted. Never should we take our spouses for granted. Always do homework of staying in marriage.
