I have been talking about having or surrounding yourself with the right kind of relationship; or the right kind of people but i want to also tell us about other kind of relationship that you must not and in fact cannot trivialize.
Other kinds of relationship to cultivate:
4 Down line relationship:
In the last post, i talked about the up line relationship and this is just directly the opposite of it.
You need to appreciate, recognize, nourish and hold well, the relationship you have with people that are below you. The ability of a man is truly known in how he treats those who are below him. It is easier to give more attention and respect to those above you because of what you wish to get from them, but how you treat those beneath you shows your true test and character.
Imagine if Naaman (in the Bible) has been so cruel and rigid to his maid. She wouldn't have proffered a solution to his leprosy problem by pointing him in the right direction of whom to see, despite his influence and affluence.
There are some people that are beneath you but they hold the key to things that you desperately seek and often times we overlook these people because we feel they have nothing to offer. Learn to relate with people that don't even look like it.
Work on your relationship. Every relationship is important. Life is a seed and whatever you sow, you reap; it might not be where you necessarily sowed, but you will still reap it. Honour people. Those who honour people are not bound; they are free. Honouring people never reduce who you are, it rather increases your worth.
