3 Steps to a good relationship

  1. know yourself - let yourself be. allwow yourself vulnerability. Anger. fear. jealous Emotion without acting it out. Every Emotion and every Impulse is of huge value and a Signal that something in yourself got into a Motion. Embrace every Emotion and ask yourself what could be the important Signal - do you feel lonely and it is a Signal that you should give yourself a bit more warmth and care for yourself? Do you feel jealous and it really means maybe that you miss your Partner and Need to become more secure inside?

  2. look at your strenghts and weaknesses as well as your Partners with a winking eye. we are all human. we are all vulnerable. the real Beauty lies into be willing to see Things as they are, accept them, look at them in a loving way and connect and share our Needs so we can fulfill them by our own or together. Of Course if there is some violence in a relationship and crossing borders in an agressive way there should be a break in the relationship or at least a time out!

  3. Enjoy! Often we are masters of disconnection: we numb ourselfs trough work, social media, tv, Food etc. Sometimes we miss out to ask us what really matters to us in life and how much time we spent each day to Focus on that. Take always some concious time for your relationship and enjoyment together. A relationship can just florish with enogh time together (and then engogh time for each of you to spent for other life values).
