INFIDELITY

If] lk

I welcome you to my blog again. I won't be typing much word this time but to quickly bring light to something that i've been wanting to write about since yesterday. I was inspired by a post i read on @zizymena 's posta day ago. The rate at which our society turns wild is alarming - suffering from modern day captivity. People of nowadays see Sex as having fun thereby neglecting the meaning and act of Infidelity. Yet they complain everyday having to opt in and out, switching between relationships.

Infidelity is the act of breaking a promise to remain faithful to a sexual partner. Such promise can take many forms, from marriage vows sanctified by the state to privately uttered verbal agreements between lovers. According to the object of the first sentence in this contest - Sexual partner, having a sexual affair aside of who one is committed to, is an act of Infidelity. As unthinkable as the notion of breaking such bonds may be, infidelity is common. And when it does happen, it raises thorny and painful questions. Should you stay? Can trust be rebuilt? Can you and should you forgive and move on?

In every relationships, both partners are prone to this attack. It depends on how susceptible or resistance they are. Talk of sex and relationships, potential problems are constantly brewing for couples. Though some may have a slightly different definition of what qualifies as infidelity, most people seem to believe that it involves sexual or physical betrayal.

Emotional Infidelity

*The term emotional affair is used If you're in a relationship, making a gesture, signs of engagement to opposite sex. Flirting is cheating as some people says. If you think texting and flirting behind your partners back is cheating, then you have a condemnation that you are involving in an act of Infidelity. For others, flirting is healthy and natural as long as it doesn't lead to anything physical. Some say "flirting isn't cheating unless it's intentional flirting" - the media to categorise or explain a certain type of relationship. The term often describes a bond between two people that mimics the closeness and emotional intimacy of a romantic relationship while never being physically consummated.

Flirting

This mean behaving as though sexually attracted to someone, but playfully rather than with serious intentions.
Flirting or coquetry is a social and sometimes sexual behavior involving verbal or written communication, as well as body language, by one person to another, either to suggest interest in a deeper relationship with the other person, or if done playfully, for amusement.

"Would you take offense if I had the gall to plant a kiss on this beautiful shoulder?"
*"You'll figure that out soon enough after the deed." (Henri Gerbault)

In most cultures, it is socially disapproved for a person to make explicit sexual advances in public, or in private to someone not romantically acquainted, but indirect or suggestive advances (i.e. flirting) may at times be considered acceptable.

Flirting usually involves speaking and behaving in a way that suggests a mildly greater intimacy than the actual relationship between the parties would justify, though within the rules of social etiquette, which generally disapproves of a direct expression of sexual interest in the given setting. This may be accomplished by communicating a sense of playfulness or irony. Double entendres, with one meaning more formally appropriate and another more suggestive, may be used. Body language can include flicking the hair, eye contact, brief touching, open stances, proximity, etc. Verbal communication of interest can include alterations in vocal tone, such as pace, volume, and intonation. Challenges (teasing, questions, qualifying, feigned disinterest) serve to increase tension and test intention and congruity.

According to psychologytoday, Flirting is a time-honored way of signaling interest and attraction, to say nothing of mutual awareness. It is a kind of silent language spoken by men and women around the world.
The ways people communicate interest are so deeply rooted in human nature that the signals are automatically understood by all. Flirting is part of the behavioral repertoire we come equipped with to meet nature's most basic command—find a good mate and multiply.

Conclusion.

One thing lead to the other. And so, flirting often is the forerunner of cheating - breading Infidelity. Some things we see nowadays as what mean nothing are actually the real cause of our misgivings - if only we could employ the law of average. Where two people from opposite sex flirt with each other, in law of average, there is higher possibility of arousal that may lead to sexual advancement. Unnecessary flirting should be avoided.
