As the sun rises here in Western Maine, I would like to call your attention to the present moment and ask you to join me in taking this time to reflect upon today's message.....

Life has a way of testing us, and it is in this pushing that we are ultimately being prepared to embrace greater levels of personal power...and with that, comes additional response-abilities.

One way that we can harness the pure potential within us, and be sure to direct our energy in a way that we truly desire...is to take time out each day to nurture the strength within us.

Whatever your preferred meditation style is - giving yourself the gift of a Sacred Practice each day will enable the necessary shift in your frequency for you to level up.

It will also help you to consciously shape the experiences of your journey throughout the day.

Just for Today, let us create a ripple of peace within our Soul...and allow it to permeate the Universe.

Yes, Feel the warmth of the Love that You ARE, now gently spreading throughout your Being..filling you up entirely..injoy the relaxing sensations as you allow it to ooze out of every pore of your skin and into the atmosphere surrounding you.

Let those loving vibrations mix with the wind and be carried throughout All of Creation....and when you are ready, please repeat today's Healing Affirmation (silently to yourself, or aloud, 3 times for activation):
