ForestCast for March 11 & 12, 2017 ~ with LOVE from The Reiki Forest

Happy Saturday Beauty-Full Souls!!!

I hope that your week went by quickly and that you made your way through each day with a smile on your face and love in your heart :)

Here are the cards I pulled for this weekend's ForestCast:

Spirit is encouraging us to embrace any downtime we have available this weekend - and if our schedule is full - we are being strongly urged to carve out a bit of time for ourselves.

It is necessary for our Mental, Emotional and Physical Well-Being to give ourselves the TLC that we deserve and need. We are response-able for taking care of the Divine Temple we have chosen to inhabit for this Lifetime Experience -always, and in all ways.

As the theme for this weekend is letting go - the supportive energies from Source are being amplified (especially with tomorrow's Full Moon! Whoaa) and we would be well served to accept and embrace this opportunity to make a quantum leap regarding our wellness.

It's time to sweep and clean out anything that's been hiding under the rug or in the closet.

The past is rising to the surface so that we may heal it and move beyond it. This doesn't have to be tough or traumatic -remembering to breathe into any pain and allow feelings, memories, images, etc that arise to float through our consciousness.

There's no need to grab and hold onto anything that comes up - just observe, acknowledge - breathe and release.

Now is not the time to look away or bury our heads in the sand. We have the power within us to overcome any and all obstacles that we may find in our journey. It is time to clear the past and power UP!

This is an "inside job", it is up to us to truly do the inner work and integrate appropriate changes into our daily lives. The universe is giving us and extra boost of help at this time.

Beauty-Full Soul ~ You are not alone, and neither am I. We can ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS reach out for assistance. There are trustworthy tribe members all around :)
