I’ve spoken about Colettas Restaurant many times.
Located on the roadside of
Norman Manley Blvd
in glorious Negril, Jamaica. Just down from The Jungle Night Club.
Home cooked food to order off their breakfast menu or afternoon/dinner menu. It’s to die for, and if your like me, if I find a great place to eat, it’s very hard for me to venture elsewhere. Catch my drift. Good thing is hard to come by.
It’s a really quaint place. It’s run by a couple of older ladies. You gotta wear a shirt. That’s their only restriction, o’ ya and you have to pay in Jamaican J’s. No tip required, but
you have to spread the love. So I always tip. Your remembered in a favorable manner the next time you venture in hungry. You might get lucky and get a bigger portion.

Pure carbide for the stomach, a not at all normal burning with the mixture of spices put on the table. Good things are enjoyed until the body asks for them, my friend.
