Long story short - not yet. Depends on Steem Engine and they are not ready to move. Reggaesteem stays on steem for now, down the track sometime will maybe swap.
Generally all tribes are in the same boat. I do know some are looking for a plan B to shift without Steem Engine (LEO in particular).
