Our body can be our best friend if we listen to it or it can become our worst enemy if we do not pay enough attention to it. We must be aware that all negative emotions affect us physically manifesting as the body always expresses what we feel, according to some studies, pessimistic or negative people are the most prone to suffer physical illnesses and people who live in constant stress will be at a certain moment with low defenses and will also be exposed to various ailments.

Many times it happens that we feel sick in the stomach for example and we will see our doctor, he will kindly recommend some pain pills and will send us to perform tests to determine what is causing the ailment, however I must say that one of the things we must avoid is taking pills very lightly, those that take away the pain because through the wisdom that our body possesses sends us through this pain a signal that indicates that something unusual is happening, when we find ourselves in this situation we must have a minute alone and think about that pain, observe what feelings or thoughts come to mind, integrate with that pain and give recognition to that aching limb in your body, every broken organ of our organism is related to inappropriate feelings towards ourselves or towards other people, this is why we must pay attention to what we feel when we express that pain.

Treat yourself with affection, carefully observe what is the conversation you have every day with yourself, what do you say when you get upset about an error you made? Do not be so hard, everything can be solved, if we fall, we get up and start again, the idea is not to stay on the floor insulting us.
