Man forced to undergo surgery after inserting metal into his ass

Reporting from NYC, a Brazilian man was forced to have emergency surgery after inserting iron into his ass on the grounds of self-gratification.

An unidentified 54 year old patient has reported to Manaus Hospital after he failed to remove the 2 kg metal with a length of 8 inches always 2 days after being put there. He experienced symptoms such as cramps, nausea, stomach pain and vomiting and even constipation.

after the initial examination failed, doctors decided to scan the area with X-rays, only then they found 8 inches of metal. After the examination process was completed, the doctor immediately performed surgery, although the first method could not, the doctor finally used manual methods to lift him, in the end the patient was saved.
