Yes, the temperature is so low now. It is definitely going to be lower as the days go by. Sometimes, here in Belgrade, in the heart of winter (February), temperatures could go as low as -25 degrees celcius.
-25%? All these drunks that feel asleep outside would surely die from the cold if that happens there! Dang, temperatures could very low there.
Believe it or not! The homeless people here (not exactly those who are drunk and fall asleep by the wayside. Hehee...) survive the cold during the winter months.
That's scary to have someone outside at that level of cold.
