Oh my goodness, I just saw this question. @turpsy, my advise would be use the mute button. First of all, make sure not to comment on their posts, nor respond to their hate speeches. Just read and learn lessons from their flag war, so that you don't get yourself entangled. So, summarily, avoid commenting on fellow Steemian's posts that are in a flag war. Write down lessons learned while quitely following them. Surely, you wouldn't want to get wounded in the war and your reputation reduced to -4 or lower. Do you? Focus on what brought you to planet steem and ignore those who are in a flag war. That is how I've bee able to survive these 7 months in planet steem. Hope this response helps. Cheers.
