TRUSTLOGICS SOLUTIONS

Following are the inefficiencies in the global recruitment industry which TrustLogics aims to overcome: -

A. Lack of Concrete Background Checks (BCG) - On an average, a company in the US spends between $35 - $100 per person for conducting BCG and this exercise could take anywhere between 15-50 days.

Using digital portfolio, TrustLogics not only provides an opportunity to obtain verified background information (including, criminal, education, drug and work history) of candidates, it also offers ratings and reviews of their work.

B. Identity and Data Loss - One of the major issues in the recruitment industry is the loss of personal / confidential data and identity information.

The TrustLogics ecosystem secures such data by hosting on blockchain (Hyperledger to store data securely) and ensuring that personal and confidential data is owned and controlled by the user. The data can be shared only after granting appropriate access by the user.

C. Lack of Trusted Reputation - Currently, there are no reputation monitoring portals available maintaining records of background verifications, reviews or feedback for individual service providers (ISPs). Further, there are no technology portals which allows users and ISPs to store, maintain and share data.

TrustLogics aims to solve this challenge by using AI based algorithm which bounties will be assigned for users to build or confirm their reputation for information covering education, work history, competencies, achievements etc.

D. Keywords Based Hiring - Currently, the hiring decisions of recruiters is influenced by keywords matching (i.e. searching for particular words in the jobseeker's resume).

TrustLogics ecosystem would use AI solutions to solve this challenge. The AI engine powering the TrustLogics ecosystem is referred as Dubot. Dubot is a A3C algorithm based reinforcement learning tool which uses AI and neural networks to identify the best candidate recommendations in peer to peer hiring. Dubot will enhance the delivery of more positive user behavior by eliminating inefficiencies, and accurately predicting future global trends.

E. Service Websites' Monopoly - Service requestors prefer to contact service websites rather than directly approaching ISPs, thereby creating a monopolistic labour market by service websites.

TrustLogics aims to this challenge by building a decentralized ecosystem deployed using blockchain and Hyperledger technology.
