Karma is a Boomerang
which means earth is not flat; it’s spherical whatever you through toward someone it will come back to you, completing 360 degree.
In recruitment too earth is not flat, whatever you do it comes back to you in 10 folds.
For recruiters and hiring manager – Specially rude one.
Have seen recruiters and hiring managers taking interview as CBI/CIA/Army interrogation. They simply use harsh tone telling candidate indirectally they have authority today (I doubt it’s like asking for respect).
Recruiters/Manager – Try to find out small mistakes which are really important and make fuss of it.
How karma acts here, Recruiters/Managers shall not forget they are also candidate somewhere.They will also be applying somewhere some point in time.
Real Life incident – One of hiring managers I know used to take interview in interrogative manner. But, when he had similar incident as candidate, He didn’t like it and experience made him sober.
Message: Recruiter/hiring manager you are also a candidate somewhere.
